Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 5, 2026. This policy explains how ORYVA AI handles personal data when you visit our website or submit a form.

Your choices before you submit

Each form asks for your separate, unchecked consent for its stated purpose. Contact collects name, email, topic and message to answer your enquiry. Waitlist collects email and optional name and phone to manage registration and launch or early-access updates. FORGE collects name, email, role, track, team size and any organisation, team, project, portfolio or referral details you supply to review your application. Do not submit other team members’ personal details without their permission. Browsing does not require form consent, and form consent does not authorise unrelated marketing.

Where submissions and consent records go

The website sends submissions and a consent record (notice version, affirmative choice and server receipt time) to our team inbox through Google Workspace/Gmail SMTP, and sends an acknowledgement to your email. The current application does not store submissions in an application database. Copies remain in email systems and may be handled by authorised team members. Our hosting provider also processes technical request data to operate the site. We do not use form submissions for automated decisions in this website implementation.

Withdraw consent, unsubscribe or raise a grievance

Email contact@oryvaai.com with the subject ‘Privacy request’ or reply to our form acknowledgement. Tell us whether you want to withdraw consent, stop waitlist emails, access, correct or erase information, raise a grievance, or nominate someone to exercise applicable rights in the event of death or incapacity. We may ask for proportionate identity verification. Withdrawal applies to future consent-based processing and does not affect earlier lawful processing. We will stop the relevant use and review deletion of mailbox copies, except records lawfully required to be retained. Cookie settings at the bottom of the page control browser preferences separately. Where applicable, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India after using our grievance process, or to your competent GDPR supervisory authority.

Cookies and browser preferences

We currently install no analytics or advertising trackers. A local browser entry remembers your cookie preference for 180 days. See the Cookie Policy and use Cookie settings to revisit your choice.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

ORYVA AI ("ORYVA", "we", "us", or "our") operates this website and the services described on it. For questions, data protection requests, or a grievance under applicable privacy law, email us at contact@oryvaai.com.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide through our Contact, waitlist, and ORYVA FORGE application forms. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, background, interests, project information, and message. We also receive limited technical information that is routinely generated when you use a website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and security logs.

3. Why we use personal data

We use this information to respond to your message, manage the waitlist, review and communicate about FORGE applications, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Where GDPR applies, our legal bases are your consent, steps taken at your request before entering a relationship with us, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting ORYVA, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. How we share data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us host the website and send or receive form emails, and where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect ORYVA, our users, or others. Those providers may process data in countries other than your own; where required, we use appropriate contractual or other legal safeguards for those transfers.

5. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to resolve a request or application, to maintain security records, or to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You may ask us to delete information submitted through a form, subject to those requirements.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data; to withdraw consent; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to raise a grievance or complaint with the appropriate data protection authority. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you may also contact us to exercise applicable data principal rights or make a grievance. To make a request, email contact@oryvaai.com from the address connected to your submission.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, payment information, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information through our website forms.

8. Children’s privacy

Our website is not intended to collect personal data from children in a manner prohibited by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal data without required consent, please contact us so that we can review and remove it where appropriate.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
